Dollar doesn't appear to be being goosed by the PPT right
now, It's just sitting on it's lows. But I'm using delayed charts,
so it could jump in a few minutes.
The main point being that it takes manipulation to keep
gold and the dollar from heading where they would if the
manipulators would get out of the market.
