THIS HAS TO DO WITH THE CHINESE REVALUING THE YEN AND/OR TIGHTENING THEIR RESERVE REQUIREMENT FOR THEIR BANKS WHICH REDUCES LENDING TO COOL DOWN THEIR ECONOMY WHICH IS HOT
